Your entire region leadership team is invited to a fast-paced session where we’ll cover the tools available to help you plan a successful year of growth and empowerment. We’ll cover goal setting, meeting and election planning, marketing and communications resources, staff contacts, and more.

Financial issues won’t be part of your local unit’s story when you follow the tips we’ll share in this session, which is particularly relevant for treasurers but useful for any local unit officer. We’ll discuss how budgeting ties into the annual Treasurer’s Report and allow plenty of time for questions.

Join us to learn more about your own style as well as explore real-world scenarios for addressing conflict as a volunteer.
