Beats & Boutiques

Immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit of Austin at Beats & Boutiques, a festival-inspired evening social featuring live music, interactive activities, and a curated selection of local vendors sure to captivate and delight.
Attendees may also purchase a food ticket on-site for $25 to pick up dinner (one hot entrée, one side, and one nonalcoholic beverage) from our indoor “food trucks.” (Add on a sweet treat for $5!) Food tickets will be presold Monday beginning at 10 a.m. in the Members’ Lounge in Griffin Hall as well as during Beats & Boutiques. Please note that all sales are cashless.
Activities at Beats & Boutiques will include:
- Instagram-worthy photo ops—without the heat.
- A create-your-own barbecue rub station so you can take a taste of Austin home with you.
- The opportunity to make your own vinyl spin art using recycled vinyl records.
- Shopping! We’ll have an exciting lineup of exclusive ATPE merchandise for sale, plus some fun local vendors.
- Live music from Austin artists Ruby Dice and Sheridan Reed.
Suggested attire: Casual and comfortable. Wear your favorite band/concert T-shirt or your best festival fit.
The ATPE “food trucks” are:
Slice Slice Baby
- Pizza entrée ($25): 1 large slice of pizza (pepperoni or veggie supreme); side salad with ranch dressing; choice of San Pellegrino Italian soda
- Sweet treat ($5): Gelato pop (assorted flavors)
Buns N’ Roses
- Slider entrée ($25): Mushroom Swiss burger, BBQ pulled pork, or quinoa & black bean; kettle chips; choice of soda or bottled water
- Sweet treat ($5): Mochi ice cream (assorted flavors)
Tacopalooza
- Taco entrée ($25): Pork carnitas, chipotle pulled chicken, or cauliflower & black bean tacos on flour tortillas (GF corn tortillas available upon request); chips and queso; choice of Mexican soda or Topo Chico
- Sweet treat ($5): Churros with chocolate fudge

Ruby Dice is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who is fast becoming known for her electrifying, genre-defying sound that incorporates elements of country, soul, blues, and pop. “She’s country, she’s disco, she’s a groove machine that keeps you on the dance floor all night.”
Sheridan Reed began his career as a jazz guitarist and singer-songwriter but transitioned to pop and R&B upon moving to Austin. Known for his smooth style and personable stage presence, Sheridan leaves a lasting impression upon audiences of all sizes.
